the bathroom door was a slide door which could be annoying. but the breakfast had a great variety of tasty hot and cold items! the room was spacious with nice views of the sanctuary. staff fixed our door lock quickly!

The location of this hotel is unbeatable. I walked right out the door and was at the entrance to the Fatima Sanctuary. My room had plenty of space and a comfortable bed. A lovely view of the Sanctuary. Breakfast included both hot American options and a great selection of European cold cuts and cheeses, with fresh fruits. The staff were friendly and attentive, especially Carla at the front desk, who helped with coordinating activities. However, the room did lack a coffee maker, which would have been nice to have, especially with the view. We ran into a minor issue with the room door lock, but it was fixed right away. One significant downside was the inconsistency with the bar service. it often lacked staff, making it hard to get drinks when we wanted them. Overall, great stay, minor improvements needed.

A sweet surprise with soup delivery

Our group had an amazing time! The location is perfect for visiting the shrine and the staff were friendly. We enjoyed the fantastic breakfast and had delicious dinners there. Plus, the rooms were clean and comfortable. Definitely check out the local shops and museums nearby.

The parking situation was tricky since it’s first-come, first-served. We got lucky, but it might be challenging during busier times.

The hotel is ideally located just steps away from the sanctuary, allowing easy access to the chapel of apparitions and making it perfect for anyone on a pilgrimage. The staff were exceptionally friendly and quickly responded to special requests, which made our stay enjoyable.
